Alocasia contains large leaves which looks like elephant ear. These big leaves quickly spread and cover big areas in the summer garden. This plant can survive winter and summer for years with proper planting and care.

Alocasia adjust its size according to the amount of sunlight it receives. The more sunlight it receives the smaller it is, the less sunlight it receives the larger it is. A soil rich in organic fertilizer is recommended for best results.
Most Alocasia plants prefer high humidity and grow larger and faster in humid conditions.
