The Dypsis Lutescens is the scientific name of Areca palm and is one of the beautiful palm plant from Madagascar. there are other names spoken for it like Butterfly Palm, Yellow Palm, Golden Cane Palm and Madagascar palm. Areca palm is a fast growing plant and needs low maintenance. It is found common in most tropical and sub-tropical regions around the world.
